You'll drive the project to ensure we exceed our client's expectations! The Construction Superintendent is the mastermind behind the project. You'll manage large multi-family new construction projects to the finish line. You aim to build trusting relationships with team members, subcontractors, architects, owners, and inspectors. Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent As a Construction Site Superintendent, your passion, creativity, and willingness to do whatever it takes to guarantee every project becomes a masterpiece! Manage and Lead the Team: Manage everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone works together efficiently. The Superintendent is also responsible for training the next generation of leaders by mentoring the Assistant Superintendents. Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: You'll ensure the project stays on schedule. Safety First: Always remain proactive and ensure all safety standards are met. You are always ready for an OSHA inspection, 100% of the time. Communication & Collaboration: Take center stage in promoting the UrbanCore values and culture to anyone involved, from subcontractors, team members, owners, and inspectors. Project Details: Maintain a firm grasp of every project detail, from plans, submittals, sequencing, and documentation. Construction Superintendent Skills & Experience Requirements 5+ years as a construction site superintendent managing large commercial projects Preferred software competencies: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite Familiarity with interpreting site plans Experience maintaining accurate project documentation Knowledgeable on safety standards to maintain project safety Experience with site management and leading projects Ability to lead, mentor, and train team members and trade partners Experience creating look-ahead schedules and closeouts Benefits & Pay Annual salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a BONUS.
