Overview: Support, Monitoring and Follow-up of operational activities through Internal WWS and External Client Systems. Job Description: Administrating all reports from the last day (Start report, Inventory, Available load, check status of units). Close communication with customer when requires information from campaigns. Close communication with operations team. Coordinates delivery around 500 units per day with the client by carhaul. Attends meeting, reviews daily requirements. Supports all daily requirement in the department. (Special report, documentation, coordinate staff (Carhaul and rail loading). Job Requirements: 3 years experience in operations. SOP, EHS, Kaizen, 5S, WOW. Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills. English language proficiency at beginner level. Experience to operations process and warehouse management. Experience with Wits(Inventory, holds, units status, load delivery, EDI 404. Work style: Customer centred. Focus on results.
