Respiratory Therapy Instructors are responsible for providing quality instruction to students through well prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair assessment of learning, clear documentation of student progress, and support of the academic success for all students. Have high energy level and ability to engage students Have excellent presentation skills Learn our practice and strategies quickly Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback Mentor and help guide students of all levels achieve their best Position Requirements: Minimum 3 years related work experience as a licensed Respiratory Therapist required Associate's degree graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Therapy Program required Must hold a current and clean license as an RCP in the Commonwealth of PA Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist as recognized by NBRC Strong organizational skills Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great interpersonal skills About our company: YTI Career Institute, a subsidiary of Porter and Chester Institute, is a leading trade school for over 75 years and adheres to one basic vision: to educate and train our students to the level that will make them competent employees.
