This position will be located in our Bridgewater facility. Travel to our central locations when needed for coverage.General Responsibilities include chemotherapy administration, symptom management, operate emergency equipment, administer injections, verify completed consents for medications in EMR and other direct patient care responsibilities.Lead responsibilities:Manage scheduling of direct staff, i.e., enter in applications such as MS CalendarManage timecard and time off requests (entering/approval/monitor) in Workday applicationCalculate and enter daily acuity into appropriate data sheets, folders and/or applicationsUnderstanding of laboratory policies, processes, and troubleshootingCommunicate direct staff issues to dept headSupport and develop clinical staff to optimize their desire and ability to meet or exceed performance expectations. Mentor, coach, counsel and implement developmental or performance improvement plans, as appropriate, in consultation with department headRequirements:Current RN License; CPR Cert.Experience as an RN with specialty in oncology/hematologyMust have managerial experienceChemotherapy Certification requiredOCN preferredKnowledge of EMR systems (preferably OncoEMR)Travel between office sites may be needed (occasional) for coverage
