The Marketing Coordinator is responsible planning and executing assigned projects within the marketing team. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, organizational skills, copywriting skills and the ability to perform numerous tasks at once. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, and Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Initiative, creativity and the ability to work on assigned projects with minimum supervision. SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Design, produce and proof marketing collateral and other support materials Review, distribute and follow-up with all digital leads to ensure sales opportunities are maximized Support coordination and organization of digital asset library Coordinate with third party vendors including signage companies, printers and promotions Oversee company's StoreFront for company literature and branded items Assist in new product introductions including developing product and series names Assist in general web updates and product changes through company's Content Management Systems (Drupal and Umbraco) Assist in managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities. Prepare & coordinate project entries for submission in various award programs. Drive projects and solutions across numerous development teams including plant, sales and senior management Assist in developing presentations for internal/external audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency across presentations Process invoices and credit card transactions for marketing team and monitor marketing budget Required Skills/Abilities Strong communication skills Attention to detail and creative thinking Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team Highly motivated self-starter Advanced computer skills Team focused & desire to be involved Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Ability to set deadlines and prioritize activities Education and Experience Requirements A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent Two years+ previous experience Experience with Sales Force Graphic Design -- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) Video editing skills a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in Drupal or other content management systems Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM platforms Knowledge of building product materials and construction industry a plus This job description is not intended to be all inclusive an as such the employee will also be required to perform other reasonable business duties as may be assigned by their immediate supervisor and or other management personnel.
