MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Physician Succession Project Manager who will be responsible for facilitating sales of retiring physicians and their practices. Serves as project and account manager for assigned physician successions, working closely with various internal departments and stakeholders. This role reports to Associate Director, Practice Sales & Acquisitions and supports the Practice Sales & Acquisitions team. Who is MDVIP? Responsibilities: Participates in discovery calls, prepares profile for physician practice sale or acquisition, and gathers pertinent information such as financial reports. Ensures relevant and current information is documented in CRM. Recommends succession strategies to yield optimal results. This includes but is not limited to, identifying opportunities to increase retiring physicians engagement and allocating additional resources to ensure successful support of retirements and patient retention efforts. Collaborates with Legal department to produce and deliver documents such as: Brokerage Agreements, Promissory Notes, Succession Agreements, Transition Assistance, and others as needed. Presents physician practice prospectus and financial models to prospective buyers. Attends physician recruitment focused conferences, as needed, to engage with potential and prospect physician/practice buyers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree from four-year college or university, preferably in the study of Business Administration, Sales Management, or Marketing, and at least three (3) years related business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Experience in account management, business brokerage sales, and sales relationships. Preferably focused on selling to primary care physicians and developing physician networks. Skilled in effectively presenting materials, concepts, and financial information to individuals or in small group presentations. Skilled in negotiating, selling a concept and implementing company sponsored initiatives. Ability to understand and analyze financial statements. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role is approved to be a Corporate based role or home-based identified at the time of hire. Due to required air travel, the home residence must be within 45 miles or 90 minutes driving distance to a large airport servicing the United States.
