Senior Production Coordinator

Ensure the bulk production meets its quality assurance and delivery by planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities.Responsibilities:Daily communication with oversea factories to address and resolve production issuesCreate & update WIP reports dailyProvideapprove care instruction, and carton stickers submission from factoriesCreateMaintain pre-costing chart every season before handing off to Director of SourcingNegotiate garment delivery with oversea factories and review with Sales teamFollow up all required testing (ITS, BV) on fabric & garments.Create & maintain PO through SAPWork closely with designers, sales, and factories to ensure timely delivery & quality control on mass productionHandle shipment approval with Import department.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 5 years' garment Production experienceMust be proficient in ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple tasksAnnual salary starting at $80,000.The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
