The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with S4 HANA Rise and Group Reporting, along with a proven track record in leading both onshore and offshore teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong background in financial systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP S4 HANA Rise, focusing on the finance function and group reporting modules.Manage onshore and offshore resources, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.Design, configure, and test SAP financial systems to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of the SAP system with business goals.Provide expertise and guidance on SAP financial systems and best practices.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding project status and the performance of SAP systems.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their understanding of the SAP systemQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in SAP finance modules, including hands-on experience with S4 HANA Rise and Group Reporting.Experience leading and managing onshore and offshore teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
