Location: Brockton, MA (Home-Based) Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week About Us: We are a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families. Our goal is to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve by promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing quality of life. Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with clients in their homes in Brockton, MA, implementing behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities: - Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. - Collect and record data on client behavior. - Provide positive reinforcement and support to clients. - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors. - Participate in training and supervision sessions. - Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Current RBT certification (required). - Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client home in Brockton, MA. - Ability to pass a background check.
