Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. ExperienceBackground in mechanical equipment in a Petrochemical or Chemical plant is required.Background as a project engineer in a Petrochemical or Chemical plant is required.Have experience in maintenance of rotation and or static equipment for process plant e.g., refinery/ petrochemical or related industry.Have experience in project improvement for process plants e.g., refinery/ petrochemical, or related industry/ Basis EPC. Competencies/Required skillsCommand of spoken and written English.Good leadership and communication skills are essential.Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint.)Basic Auto CADISO 9001, and ISO 14001 knowledge is required.PSM: Process Safety Management, Knowledge is required.Mechanical preventive maintenance planner and reporter and Mechanical activity.Project investment activity and Process improvement activity.Carry out machine modification, Mechanical Facility design, and construction for Plant Modification and Improvement projects and evaluation of all projects.Implement and Control Preventive & Predictive maintenance: Time base inspection, Vibration check & analysis, Oil check, and analysis. Review and report PM results.Implement and Control Engineer Document of Improvement and modification process and update PID, Mechanical drawing.Create and update equipment repair procedures and work inventory management on parts-related issues.Participate in root cause investigations and failure analysis of process equipment.Coordinate with the production department for machine utilization, machine downtime, and production output.Control Project assignments to meet Budget, Schedule, Safety, and company target.Ensure all mechanical activities are performed according to company Health, Environment, and Safety standard procedures with good housekeeping and 5S.Support activity of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PSM: Process Safety Management.
