Essential Job Responsibilities: The Essential Functions Of This Role Are As Follows Assists in the development of technical standards and policies to meet the customers, peers, and organization; Formulates and defines system scopes and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of user needs and business systems and industry requirements: Able to collect data, analyze it, and develop sound reporting to track, recommend and forecast enhancements to the system: Creates process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to impacted Business Systems teams; Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with assigned customers in order to help them meet their business and technical needs; Participates in the development of strategic plans based on customer needs; Analyzes business and user needs, document requirements and devises new technical business system solutions, or revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary; Facilitates the delivery of technical business solutions and products to customers; Manages the expectations of customers, peers, vendors, and management; Establishes contracts for the procurement of technical business solutions; Preferred Experience Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of two years professional experience in a Business Analyst role preferred Proficiency in meeting leadership and facilitation demonstrated by creating a fun, safe, collaborative and productive work environment Demonstrated capacity to analyze, understand and capture business data and act on findings Creative, disciplined and thoughtful thinker with a demonstrated ability to adjust work plans to determine the appropriate strategy and approach to success Strong project management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and build credibility with business and IT leaders and varying levels of the organization Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to accurately and concisely present proposals and solutions to a wide audience Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Word) Requirements Considerable knowledge of project management theories and practices and the ability to apply that knowledge; Ability to lead, encourage and influence others to perform; Effectively communicate both orally and in writing; Ability to manage diverse human resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
