Overview: The Service Liaison is responsible for resolving our customer mechanical concerns. Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities Receive and resolve inquiries from customers regarding vehicle issues and concerns. Communicate timelines and expectations with customers throughout service process. Review work repair orders and determining financing options with customers. Inform customers of financing options for service repairs. Process payments and complete financing loan documents. Meeting face to face with customers for closing loan documents and payment remittance. Perform regular and routine follow ups with customers. Set up, monitor, and close rentals with 3rd party vendors and customers. Collaborate with service repair centers and warranty operations. Receiving and resolving inquiries from customers, and internal department Qualifications: Requirements Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, required. Experience in customer service and/or automotive industry, preferred. Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner. Strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of computer programs. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of administrative work preferred.
