Key Duties: Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Aid with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Observe and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing team. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents. Offer companionship and emotional support to residents. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in NJ Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
