Make your mark for patients Are you an experienced specialty sales executive looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Our U.S. Neurology team is looking for a talented, dynamic individual to join our Epilepsy team in the Capital region as a Provider Liaison (Specialty Sales Representative), to be based in or near Montgomery County, MD, D.C., or Northern VA . As a Provider Liaison, you will be responsible for promoting UCB's neurology products to leading epileptologists and neurologists throughout the assigned geography, including: Rockville & Silver Spring, MD, D.C., Fairfax & Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will: Conduct sales calls with physicians and care providers throughout the territory to provide appropriate and compliant solutions for patient needs Collaborate with your UCB teammates to maximize UCB's impact within the region Build relationships with key influencers in Epilepsy and serve as UCB's primary point of contact with these stakeholders Represent a highly respected company with an unparalleled legacy in Epilepsy and Neurology You will contribute by: Developing, executing and continuously refining a master business plan Analyzing business and sales data to inform your strategic and tactical approach to maximizing growth within your territory Working independently to drive business within your accounts, and, where appropriate, collaborating with internal UCB partners Developing deep clinical knowledge of Epilepsy and our products Coordinating formulary approval processes at key institutions and hospitals in the territory Assisting patients and offices with access and affordability questions Abiding by the highest ethical standards Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience selling and marketing products in Neurology Documented track record of success Experience in hospital and/or clinical account management Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the territory Demonstrated effective leadership and teamworking skills Internal applicants should be in their current job for at least 12 months, must meet performance standards and are not on formal corrective/disciplinary process (PIP), warning, final warning, or compliance warning letters within the last 12 months.
