Benefits We Offer: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Referral program Tuition reimbursement 401k Plan Flexible schedules Life insurance Disability insurance Identity theft insurance Requirements of the LPN/LVN Position: Completion of an accredited licensed practical nursing program Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice Minimum of one year of experience within the last three years Background screening as required by state or client contract Drug screening as required by contract Some states or clients may require an employment physical Current BLS or CPR & 1st Aid Certification Current TB 2 Step, Quantiferon or CXR Working Conditions: Work sites vary; potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other infectious materials Ability to read medical equipment and documents; may involve pushing carts and medical equipment Capacity to assist with patient movement and transportation as needed Representative Duties and Responsibilities: Adherence to ATC Healthcare Services policies and procedures Perform nursing tasks under delegation/supervision of registered nurses, physicians, or midlevel providers Administer nursing procedures and medications in accordance with patient care plans Monitor patient reactions to medications and treatments Assist in rehabilitation programming and activities Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Provide patient care with respect for cultural diversity and age appropriateness Other Duties: Please note that duties may vary by assignment and are subject to change.
