With campuses throughout the City of Flint, Flint Community Schools has a long and rich tradition of community education. Salary & Benefits: Teacher Salary Schedule Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers. Education: Master's degree required in speech and language pathology, or a valid Michigan Teacher's Certificate with full approval in the speech and language impaired required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required. Licensed in Language Pathology by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs - Board of Speech is required. Experience: Experience with students with severe handicaps and augmentative communication systems and devices preferred. An online application is required for all positions.
