Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with a focus on land development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in land development projects, and hold an EIT or PE license (preferred). This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and the community. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee land development projects, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utilities. Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and environmental scientists. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project approvals and construction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in land development engineering. EIT or PE license preferred. Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Strong knowledge of land development processes, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
