Benefits of the CRNA Per diem rate: $140/hour Medical professional liability insurance W2/PC (1099) options Opportunity Details Ascension St. Joseph's Hospital | Tawas City, MI 4 ORs, 1 C-Section OR, 1 MPR 47 beds 2,500 cases per year General, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, plastics | No heads, no hearts. Call is 1:2 (facility runs 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule) Typical day: 7 am - 3 pm CRNA-only facility (surgeon supervised) Requirements of the CRNA Active state license | DEA | State CDS Board certification required. ACLS | PALS | BLS Ascension St. Joseph Hospital - Per Diem CRNA Ascension St. Joseph Hospital, a non-profit healthcare system. Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off! This 50-bed hospital is in rural northeast Michigan in Tawas City. This facility is an all-CRNA model allowing the CRNAS to practice independently. There are approximately 200 deliveries a year.
