Overview The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to satisfy restaurant demand and exceed customers' expectations. Responsibilities Maintains verbal communication with FOH Monitors the quality of food Marinating and breading chicken Ensuring chicken is properly inspected Following receipts accordingly Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards Follow protocol chicken forecast Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards Thoroughly clean equipment Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles Ability to lift and push 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
