TSMC Arizona's AZMQR is responsible for 5-nanometer fab production line quality, risk assessment when encounter issues. Job Description : Your main responsibilities include: Define DPPM target of cutting-edge technology and reduce DPPM through Continuous Improvement Process Perform Product reliability risk assessment for fab event handling (CP, DVS, Baking, HTOL etc.) Execute Technical and analytical problem solving, using a structured methodology (PDCA, 8D, especially 3Leg/5Why, and KT) Evaluate Engineering Change impact on product Quality and Reliability Review Engineering Changes to ensure procedures are followed and Quality and Reliability criteria are Customer Communication Skills: Product Reliability Evaluation and Discussion and Test Screening Methods.
