Lead RBT BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: In accordance with the needs of the ages of the clients served by ABA Support Services LLC, the Lead RBT will be accountable for the training of field staff, providing some external training and maintaining and updating training materials utilized by Behavioral Health Technicians and RBTs. This position also functions as a substitute RBT and must maintain credentialing to do so . PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Develops and provides new hire training for all BHT and RBT staff. • Functions as onboarding specialist for all BHTs and RBTs. • Prepares and conducts training for internal and external staff on AIM and PEAK (Level 1). • Maintains all training materials and library of resources. • Communicates to staff and management to ensure timely notification and compliance. • Effectively utilizes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools to prepare training and meeting presentations. • Act as liaison between BHT/RBTs and BCBA/Clinical Director regarding client and/or family concerns. • Creates training handouts, instructional materials, and aids. • Creates client binders and client materials to assist staff. • Acts as back up in tracking utilization for school hours for clients. • Acts as substitute RBT as needed. Maintains appropriate training/credentialing to do so. • Meets job requirements of the BHT/RBT. • Conducts Represents and promotes the company in a professional manner. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements STANDARD REQUIREMENTS • Must check email correspondence daily. • Must respond to all correspondences and voice messages within 24 business hours. • Must adhere to the ethical code and standards of the RBT. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to assume a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing) in the course of working with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems. • Must be able to meet the job requirements of the BHT/RBT in order to function as a substitute. • Must be able to receive detailed oral communication and communicate orally to parents, supervisors, and staff. • Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. • Must have manual dexterity to sufficiently perform various keyboard functions. • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP • Reports to the Assistant Clinical Director • Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, car insurance and registration
