Job Description Rodriguez Consulting, LLC (Rodriguez) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Civil Engineer II to join our team in the vibrant neighborhood of Fishtown in Philadelphia! Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on water, sewer, and stormwater projects. Experience in Philadelphia is a plus. Certifications: EIT preferred; PE license is a plus. Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative. Skill Set Proficient in design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, to create accurate and detailed engineering plans. Knowledgeable in GIS software for spatial analysis and data management. Capable of conducting engineering calculations and analysis to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively. Excellent communication skills for conveying design concepts and plans to stakeholders. Detail-oriented and accurate in preparing project documentation and reports. Understanding of regulatory requirements and adept at navigating the permitting process for infrastructure projects. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
