Our client is looking to bring on a Sr Manager, Marketing Campaigns.This opportunity would be a 5 month contract role. If that sounds like you, please apply!Marketing Campaigns Senior ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a senior manager with broad marketing and cross-functional experience in global marketing campaign development and management. You will report to and work closely with the Director, Marketing Campaigns on developing, executing, and managing effective campaigns as well as with cross-functional teams throughout the integrated campaign process.Conceive and create in partnership with Campaigns team the development and optimization of marketing campaigns weaving in industry themes and product value propositions to drive business performance.Gather input from internal stakeholders, including but not limited to product marketing, marketing operations, solutions, and sales, during the campaign planning process.Work closely with agencies and internal teams on the development of core campaign assets such as messaging and messaging frameworks, ad copy and creative, landing page content, videos, sales enablement assets, thought leadership, and other key content deliverables.Manage campaign execution across cross-functional and region teams as applicable to track deployment of the materials, localization of the deliverables, time to market, and ROI. Work cross-functionally with appropriate teams to capture a holistic view of in-market promotions and initiatives that will inform campaign updates, playbook, and communications.Manage and lead proactive internal communication initiatives including creating template(s) and comms plan around campaign announcements and updates: campaign overviews, activation plans, campaign goals, key resultsmetrics, etc.Lead campaign playbook creation, management, and updates by working across the organization to develop campaign integration and activation plans; create a holistic calendar of campaign activities across regions and tactics.Contribute tosupport performance and ROI of campaigns, showcasing the impact on brand awareness, reputation, engagement, and where applicable enablement metrics.Follow best practices, including campaign frameworks, processes and roles and responsibilities.Work closely with the Solutions and Field teams to understand the full funnel impact of the buyer journey from top of funnel through low funnel to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive go to market campaign approach.Stay abreast of key industry trends and product launches and advancements.Other projects as assigned.Your Competencies:A well-rounded marketer versed in building and deploying global marketing campaigns, with a track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.Exceptional project and relationship management, and storytelling skills.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing andinterpreting data.Exceptional Google SlidesPowerPoint creation skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.Ability to see the bigger picture and how to weave multiple products and messages into a larger plan.Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization.Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field8+ years experience in demandfield marketing, brand or campaign management, or related functionStrong B2B marketing experience in planning and executing cross channel marketing campaignspreferredLife sciences industry andor clinical development area preferred
