We act as a high-touch agency, managing the growth of digital marketing channels, and as a consultancy, advising across all aspects of our client's customer acquisition program. We are ultimately responsible for our client's digital marketing investment and the growth of their customer acquisition program.The upside and growth potential is real, and we are committed to investing in the development of our team. We are experts in all customer acquisition channels, and we aim to provide better service and more strategic multi-channel guidance than other agencies. The channels we own most frequently are FB, IG, TikTok, Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping, LinkedIn, CTV, Affiliate & Display marketing.Role:We are looking for a Digital Marketing StrategistAnalyst (entry level) with internships or 1 year of direct experience. This team member will be responsible for executing customer acquisition strategies, daily and weekly reporting, writing creative briefs, and market, keyword, and audience research across Paid Search & Paid Social.Requirements:Prior Internships or 1 year of experience in social media andor digital marketingBasic understanding of Paid Social (FBIG) and Paid Search campaignsUnderstanding of basics of social media optimizationComfortable with ExcelSheets (Pivot Tables, vlookups, Formula Creation)Highly analytical and strong data interpretation skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervisionWorking knowledge of digital conversion rates optimization methods such as AB and multivariate testing a plusExperience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site-analytics & user behavior a plusCreative development experience is a huge plusA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics encouragedResponsibilities:Develop & update daily, weekly, and monthly reportspresentations for each respective clientLaunch, manage & optimize campaigns on (but not limited too) Facebook, Instagram, Google & BingResearch, source, and manage creative marketing assets for the respective marketing campaignsLaunch AB & multivariate tests across creatives, landing pagesPartner with the Sr. team to own the end to end development of strategy & executionProvide the Sr. team your strategy & recommendationsCore competencies:Ensure quality work with client focus in mind.
