SummarySeeking a Conversions API Strategist whose role involves understanding the objectives of the customer and translating that to measurement requirements that support campaign reporting and optimization. The strategist would understand how and why CAPI could be an important solution in a customer's measurement toolkit. While a 3rd party vendor, you will be seen by our customers as an extension of the team, taking ownership of the work from our internal Measurement Analytics Partner (MAP) team pertaining to Conversions API. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing them with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.ResponsibilitiesHold discovery conversations to understand customer measurement goals and implications on Campaign Manager Tool setup.Assist with setting up Campaign Manager Tool to prepare intake of CAPI events.Identify which web events need to be tracked to support measurement reporting and positively influence optimization.Define tracking requirements that focus on capturing data dynamically for scale and not in a static approach. Tracking should be able to support website growth, especially where page templates exist.Effectively communicate measurement requirements (triggers and tag) with implementation vendors and be able to articulate rationale professionally to customers in a simple to understand way.Collaborate with our internal team and provide feedback and insights on the Conversions API product and customer municate effectively and professionally with customers via email, phone, and video calls.Track all inbound, open, in-progress, and closed customer engagements transparently for the Sales Team, Measurement Analytics Partner & Customer Solutions Engineering Teams' visibility.Basic Qualifications*Must have Prior experience with Conversions API products (e.g., Meta, Snap, Pinterest, etc.)3+ years of experience in web analytics and campaign tracking via common marketing channels (Paid Search, Social, Partnerships...etc)3+ years of experience working with Marketing Technologies and 1st party data collection.3+ years of experience working with Google Tag Manager and other tagging platforms, such as Tealium and Adobe, for website data collection and management.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with event tracking and measurement solutions, such as Conversion Tracking, Website Demographics, and Campaign Manager.Knowledge of best practices and strategies for event tracking and measurement across different industries and use cases.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as a 3rd party vendor, while being viewed as an extension of the specialist teams.Ability to simplify complex processes for ease of understanding across various customer stakeholder levelsSuggested Skills:Web analytics and campaign trackingConversions API productsGoogle Tag ManagerCommunication SkillsCompensation:Up to $84.59 (W2Non Exempt) Depending on Location
