All of which is underpinned by a commitment to total transparency.The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned SEM Associate Director with extensive experience in managing paid search (shopping experience preferred) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of ecommerce dynamics, a proven track record of driving results through Paid Search, and experience in optimizing product feeds through Google Merchant Center. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. This position will support a large fashion retail client. Qualifications5+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience in managing Paid Search campaigns (shopping experience preferred) across Google Ads and Microsoft AdsLead tactical execution and optimization of Search programs, and be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing activitiesAdvanced proficiency in campaignbid management tools such as Search Ads 360, Skai, Google Analytics or AdobeExperience with Google Merchant Center, including proficiency in product feed optimization and troubleshootingExperience with advanced bidding strategies and machine learning algorithms to enhance campaign performanceFamiliar with managing a portfolio of brands, establishing swim lames and keyword prioritizationExperienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams on designing AB test & learn frameworksStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insightsProvide strategic direction and leadership to the SEM team, guiding them in the implementation of best practices and innovative tacticsThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
