Maintenance Technician

What Brought You Here Hourly range $30 - $36 Shift Days and Hours Mon - Fri 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, (Occasional 10-hour shifts, weekend availability required). Benefits starting DAY ONE!   Who You Are: You enjoy working in a team environment.  You are proactive, can work safely and independently.  You enjoy working with your hands, figuring out problems, and root cause analysis.   What You Will Be Doing: The Trulite Plant Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining plant manufacturing machines and production equipment. Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment by:    Performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Performing regular preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) on all facility machinery, and equipment. Perform plumbing and facilities maintenance. Communicating/collaborating  with operators and fellow technicians to minimize downtime. Resolving problems using working knowledge to identify root causes. Recommend improvements using new technologies, ideas or techniques to improve operations and production of quality products. Communicate effectively in a bilingual work environment (English/Spanish). Skills You Bring:   4-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (glass industry experience is a plus). Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient during equipment breakdowns or urgent situations. Solid understanding of production equipment, machinery, and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CMMS software. Comfortable using two-way radio communication.
