Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Prototype Technician to join their team. As a Prototype Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Prototype Technician Location: Stoughton, WI Pay Range: $25/HR What's the Job? Perform skilled activities that support manufacturing business needs. Engage in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices and promote a safe working environment. Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship in all tasks. Repair and maintain equipment while documenting preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Collaborate with peers to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and improve processes. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent experience. Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fabrication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
