Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Tualatin, OR What's the Job? Act as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections. Respond positively and promptly to requests from clients and occupants. Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of related experience required. Familiarity with building systems, documentation, and administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
