As the Deli General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-volume deli operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit objectivesEnsure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food standards and serviceManage and mentor a team of deli staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsOversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotationConduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address concerns, and boost moraleMaintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliersImplement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocolsAnalyze financial reports and perform P&L analysis to optimize operationsCreate and maintain a customer-focused culture within the deliResolve customer complaints and address any issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulationsQualificationsUP TO $65,000 BASE.
