Facility Coordinator Job Code: 180058FLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Family: Facilities Support Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $17.00 an hourPosition Summary The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations.Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads Print manifests, labels, and shipping papers (including TPOs for rejected materials) Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck documentation Input lab and tracking data into WIN Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and supply management Ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environmentQualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Windows-based applications Ability to work both independently and in a team environmentAdditional Requirements Travel: Less than 10%Supervisory Responsibilities: NonePhysical & Environmental Requirements Primarily sedentary (sitting ~7 hours/day), occasional walking and reaching Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.; rarely up to 50 lbs. Constant computer use Visual and color acuity required for document handling and safety compliance Hearing capability for phone and virtual communicationWork Environment This position operates in a facility environment involving exposure to regulated waste materials.
