Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager located in Kinston, NC for a 100 bed facility including outpatient areas. This role at the University of North Carolina (UNC Lenoir Health) is about 40 minutes from Greenville. This position will direct housekeeping operations for a team of 15 overseeing a Split Shift schedule (1:00pm-11:00pm) with on-call every other weekend. They will do room rounds, patient rounds, and employee rounds. Must be able to use basic computer programs and have a working knowledge of spreadsheets in MS Excel. Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at health care client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. What You'll Do: be responsible for driving employee engagement;be a leader in training and development;provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
