We're hiring a Terminal Commercial Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in our terminal portfolios. The Commercial Manager will focus on developing opportunities for growth, maintaining client relationships, and developing action plans to improve performance. This role can be fully remote; however, we have a strong preference for candidates who are based near our headquarters in Waltham, MA. If your experience would lend to this opportunity a recruiter will"¯contact,"¯you.We conduct in-person and virtual interviews and provide additional interview information or other items needed at that time."¯ Qualifications7+ years in commercial or business development experience in the midstream/downstream energy sector.Strong at building and maintaining relationships and networks within industry and internal stakeholdersKnowledge of creative deal structures and commercial acumenBasic financial acumenStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsExtensive experience in customer-facing positions in the industryEffective across multiple mediums of communication (face-to-face, email, phone, video calls)Strong strategic thinking skillsUnderstanding of differences in risk between large vs. small scale dealsMust be comfortable with approximately 25% - 30% of travel Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field requiredMaster's degree in business (MBA) preferredWe value passion and potential.
