What You'll Do: Manage all purchasing and budget oversight for food productionProvide hands-on leadership to utility staff ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and food safetyOversee floor stock management and maintain accurate documentationSupport catering services using the CaterTrax systemDrive accountability through FMS documentation of pre- and post-production numbersCollaborate with peers and hospital leaders to elevate service and efficiency What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
