Seasonal Janitor - Second Shift (Sunday - Thursday)

Position Overview: The purpose of the Janitor position is to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all Duluth Trading Company employees and visitors within our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. The expected seasonal timeframe is through the end of March, with potential for the season to extend beyond. All available hours are subject to the business need. This position is based within our Belleville, WI, Fulfillment Center. What You'll Do:Maintain the cleanliness of office and reception areasNightly trash and recycle paper removalWeekly Vacuuming, or as neededAdjust task list to minimize the impacts of vacuum operation during the work dayDust all work surfaces weeklyMaintain cleanliness of all restrooms in the facilityMaintain cleanliness of all lunchroom and upper-level break roomsRecommend purchases of cleaning supplies. Maintain inventory and communicate to warehouse supervisor when replenishment of supplies is neededRemoval of snow from sidewalks as neededOther job duties/tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For:High school diplomaEquivalent work experience would be consideredFloor stripping and waxing experience preferredAbility to adjust daily task schedule as needed to support the operationsEnvironmental Factors:Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasional lifting up to seventy poundsAdjusting or moving objects over twenty pounds in all directions.Push/Pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred poundsFrequently reaching, twisting and bending in multiple directionsStanding or walking for the majority of your work shiftThe ability to walk long distancesThe ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the dayAbility to perform work in tight quarter workstationsModerate warehouse noise levelContinuous arm, hand and wrist movementWork in temperatures ranging from 50-95 degrees (occasionally ranging from 0-60 degrees)Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
