Legal Entity: American Honda Finance Corp. Business Unit: American Honda Finance Corp Division: Financial Services Division Work Location: Torrance - Main Campus LocationCareer Level: 4 Salary Range: $81,800.00 - $122,700.00 Job PurposeEX3 Sr. Regulations Analyst (Specialist Compliance)This Sr. Compliance Analyst- FCRA- Credit Reporting position is responsible for monitoring, data analysis, remediation, training, and achieving overall compliance standards that will meet and exceed the expectations set by state and federal regulators including, but not limited to, state Attorneys General, the United States Department of Justice, and the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Key AccountabilitiesMaintain cutting edge knowledge of potential legal and regulatory changes that affect AHFC's business environment and apply this knowledge by identifying potential risk issues including those related to all state and federal law.Maintain overall knowledge of business operations as well as develop specific subject matter expertise and apply both by implementing recommendations that reduce risk.
