Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. Job Level: Manager Location: New York, NY. Work from home - Hybrid Duration: Full Time only Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP F&O Project Manager with expertise in ISV , F&O ,Hi-tech. Responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are clearly defined and achievable. Oversee project execution to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks. Manage project budgets ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP Program Manager , F&O , ISV. Possess extensive experience in Execution and F&O Project Management. Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries. Proficiency in developing functional specifications and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
