Custodian - Full Time

Shift: Full Time, Sunday, 6 A.M.-2 P.M., Monday-Thursday, 10 A.M.-6 P.M. This position requires evening and weekend availability  Pay: $19-$23.25 DOE  We are looking for an individual with one year of custodian experience in carpet/floor cleaning in a high-volume setting, preferably healthcare. This position will maintain common areas, and assist with community event setup, moving, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. May clean common areas, including public restrooms, elevators, offices, public rooms, beauty salon, resident and employee lounges; dust, and sanitize Empties trash receptacles; may deposit recyclable material in proper receptacles; picks up trash and keeps exterior perimeter clean Takes note of safety concerns and needed repairs and reports to supervisor Perform event set-ups and tear-downs; lifting items up to 50 pounds Maintain awareness of surroundings and take initiative to clean areas that need attention To be successful in this role, you will have; One year of custodian experience in a high-volume setting, preferably in healthcare  One year of carpet/floor cleaning Moving and lifting items up to 50 pounds  Knowledge of standard methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work relating to custodial equipment and cleaning agents Knowledge of preparation, use, and disposal of chemical cleaning agents What's in it for you?
