SUMMARY Under the direction of the VP of Operational Excellence, this role will co-manage the tactical execution of various assigned operational projects and initiatives for U.S. Renal Care. The Manager will act as part of a team of OpEx business partners that drive performance improvement within field operations and the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. Manage projects that have impact to dialysis operations workflows within facilities through hands on tactical work and oversight. Involvement within central operational initiatives, including both operational improvement and/or launch of new workflows. Serve as an effective business partner to Operations Excellence team and field operations working in conjunction with peers to achieve mutual goals. Work as business partner and project manager on recruiting and onboarding initiatives. Deliver training to field operations on new/revised workflows, in partnership with Clinical Services. Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job. Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Combination of education, specialty certifications and experience in related area will be considered in lieu of degree. Three (3) plus years of experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis experience a strong plus. Demonstrated project management skills required. Strong customer relations dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization is a must. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word. Demonstrated proficiency in all USRC applications is required within 90 days of hire.
