Job Description:"¯"¯  We are seeking in San Francisco a team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, respectful and efficient agent to join our Tag Room team. As a Team Member of Tag Room, you will be responsible for different kinds of tasks and responsibilities that have Daily Goals that need to be met. This includes responding to customer tag requests promptly, professionally and thoroughly.   Key Responsibilities:"¯"¯  -Prepare Daily Tag Kits requests with clarity, accuracy and speed while meeting standard and expected number as part of Daily KPI Goal (Key Performance Indicator).   -Assist on Returned Tags with clarity, accuracy and speed while meeting standard and expected number as part of Daily KPI Goal (Key Performance Indicator).  -Maintain professional behavior while adhering to company guidelines"¯"¯  -Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner"¯  -Escalate complex subjects or concerns to the appropriate Team Lead or Supervisor."¯"¯  -Diligent, Flexible, Reliable, Willingness to learn and able to grow with along with the team."¯"¯  Qualifications:"¯"¯  -Prompt with attendance - Office Hours -9am-5:30pm  -Solid communication skills - verbal and written.  -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail."¯"¯  -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - independently or with the group while being open to constructive analysis and suggestions."¯  -Able to handle Incoming and outgoing shipments from courier trucks/semi-trucks by loading dock or on the streets.   -Experience handling Pallet Jack (Electric/Manual) and dolly or handcart is a plus.  -Validates the preparation of electronic toll transponders kits for mailing to customers daily with accuracy and speed.  -Verifying electronic toll transponders status in preparation for destruction.  -Able to lift heavy items and transport boxes up to 100 lbs. of material on a cart/dolly and on a pallet jack.  -Provide support for various tag/transponder projects associated with warehousing.    -Administering electronic toll transponders automated support primarily of large projects.  -Placing big volumes of transponders on pallets by using strap machine and setting up a pallet for pick-up.   -Binds & cuts, change toners and notify Lead or Supervisors to order supplies if needed.  -Able to handle sitting down for hours or standing up while completing a task that's been assigned.   -Overall, meeting the goals in the Tag Room department in a daily basis on a timely manner with positive attitude and great energy.     Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
