You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.  Mailroom Quality Associate Onsite/Lexington, KY $16.00 per hour & Great Benefits  8am - 4:30pm Monday- Friday  Job Details: Strong verbal communication skill Deliver feedback to production operators when quality errors are made Training is on the job for 4 to 6 weeks Will need to be willing to cross train in all areas Personable, this is vital as it will be part of the operator's day-to-day tasks.  Basic Computer Knowledge familiar with Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Excel, and Word.  Attention to Detail Time Management Problem Solving - someone invested in helping find solutions for an operator who might be struggling to meet the required quality standards  Punctuality Must be able to perform multiple daily tasks that need attention at any given time, ranging from operating inserting machines, manually inserting letters into envelopes, checking the quality of shipping information of letters, and assisting other duties as needed. Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims. Ability to read and follow directions thoroughly as outlined by our clients' requirements and requests.   Benefits: Full Time Employment Full Benefit Options Day 1 $16.00 per hour  Career Growth Great Work Environment Working for a Fortune 500 company  Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Able to type 25 WPM Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability.  Strong attention to detail is required for this role. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as OUTLOOK and TEAMS Basic Data Entry skill is a huge plus. Must be able to clear a criminal background check  Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Must be eligible to work in the United States. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
