Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment initiatives across various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for talent acquisition which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $38/hr What's the Job? Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners. Develop job descriptions and implement sourcing and diversity strategies. Source applicants, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess candidates. Facilitate feedback to stakeholders to ensure timely documentation and approvals. Negotiate candidate offers and provide market data and insights to stakeholders. What's Needed? 5-8 years of relevant recruitment experience. Working knowledge of complex compensation structures. Demonstrated experience with senior hires and direct hiring. Ability to source talent through social media and networking activities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. What's in it for me?
