Furnace Operator

Our client, a certified heat treatment company, is seeking a Furnace Operator to join their team. As a Furnace Operator, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Furnace Operator Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour shift premium What's the Job? Set up and operation of heat treatment furnaces and machines Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specifications Conduct preventative maintenance and engage in continuous improvement activities Meet production schedules while promoting safety regulations and procedures Operate forklift and hand power tools as required What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong desire to be an excellent team member Logical, detailed, and disciplined approach to equipment operation Solid past work history with a willingness to learn and grow What's in it for me?
