Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading provider in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple Commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Harrisburg, PA What's the Job? Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance. Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control. Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment. Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification. Valid driver's license. What's in it for me?
