Overview: This Role will be in support of the Chief Technology Officer Deputy at Dahlgren's Technology office. This position is seated on site 5 days a week, and will be working in a lab environment. Travel: Yes Clearance: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance. Requirements: Ability to analyze and evaluate (on a quantitative and qualitative basis) the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectivesAbility to identify and gather data required for use in the management and execution of programsAbility to develop plans, procedures, and presentationsAbility to perform management surveys to determine compliance with agency regulations, procedures, sound management practices;Creating integrated master schedules (IMS)Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Access Responsibilities: Responsibilities are as follows: Attend Technology Office meetings; assist in developing meeting agendas and content. Provide meeting summaries - including notes, risks/issues/concerns/watch items, and action items.Assist in completing action items, tracking the status of action items and facilitating break-out discussions and follow-on meetings within the Technology office or with other subject-matter experts to complete action items.Track and organize Technology office initiatives; develop and maintain integrated masters schedule of all initiatives; and maintain SharePoint and other online tools aiding portfolio management and work flows.Assist in data management across Technology Office portfolio to include records management and data entry across multiple databases and data management systems.Assist in the development of routine reports and briefings summarizing the Technology office portfolio.Assist in the coordination and support of routine portfolio reviews, assist in oversight of funding and budgeting plans, track technical and programmatic risk and deficiencies, and coordinate any corrective actions required.Assist in coordination, communication, planning, and execution of innovation events across the local ecosystem which includes multiple stakeholders.Maintain database of Technology Office partners including data such as innovation events and collaboration initiatives. Assist in evaluating Technology Office initiatives examining the performance of existing programs and processes to identify areas of improvement.Use quantitative methods to analyze data, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of programs and portfolio.Assist efforts to optimize programs and processes, making recommendations for changes that will improve efficiency and effectiveness.Assist in preparing content and/or reviewing information and providing recommendations on plans, procedures, documentation and artifacts related to Technology Office initiatives Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Compensation: Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements. The projected annual compensation range for this position is $66,100- $96,540 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
