The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging the target population, establishing credibility, and directing their participation in the RRP program. This role involves assessing and referring individuals to various services, screening and enrolling them in the program, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The Career Coach will also be involved in recruiting employers and educational providers as partners, understanding their needs, and assessing clients for compatible opportunities. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years' customer service experience. Knowledge of the challenges faced by the target population is preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with the target population effectively, and a commitment to the core values of the organization. Responsibilities include outreach, maintaining client and employer relationships, conducting job searches, and documenting case management activities. The ideal candidate will be able to relate to individuals in recovery and their families in a culturally appropriate manner and will be proactive in identifying and addressing systemic barriers to employment.
