The CFO will be responsible for a range of financial activities, including monitoring and controlling accounts receivables, improving the profitability of the hospital, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, preparing monthly financial statements, and providing required financial reporting. The successful candidate will also be involved in the preparation of the annual budget and will work closely with the management team to ensure that the facility's financial operations align with the company's objectives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company's behavioral health facility should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial leadership role within a healthcare setting, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred). The role requires a strong understanding of hospital financial operations, federal and local tax regulations, and experience in all aspects of business office, accounting, payroll, and administrative office operations. The CFO must be skilled in financial analysis, performance interpretation, and be proficient in using electronic spreadsheets and databases.
