The CFO will be the most senior finance officer, responsible for overseeing the Finance and Accounting Department and serving as a key business partner to the executive leadership team. The role involves bridging the gap between high-level management and strategic finance functions, such as trend analysis and reporting, and tactical, transactional-based accounting activities. Key responsibilities for the CFO include building and managing an accounting team, overseeing information technology, and being actively involved in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system. The CFO will also be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of daily finance activities, including cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general accounting. The successful candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a minimum of 15 years' of hands-on finance and accounting management experience, with a strong background in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in inventory management, cost build-up, allocation, distribution, and 3rd party leasing is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in international purchasing and tariffs.
