Additionally, the AVP will be involved in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of select prospects. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in Advancement, Donor Relations/Stewardship, with at least 5 years in a management role.
