The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, hiring, benefits, compensation, labor relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a commitment to diversity and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. The Executive Director will also be involved in Title IX compliance, HR information systems, and will represent the organization at various leadership and committee meetings.
